Or two.

The boys are back, the Iron Man streak is at a few days. What will they talk about?

I don't know.

Listen to find out.

That's all I got, this Tuesday is daunting.

More hand-wringing over the Bears.

Pre-season hockey.

Grimace talking about his sandwich son discovering his balls.

PTFB. I'm listening to Kansas City radio today.......

At least Bulldog Bob was right to watch the game instead of going out for cider and donuts.

I thought it was odd that they threw a flag on the guy who got the pic-6 on this play and slid on his knees in the end zone...the announcers said that was an automatic flag per the new rules (?).

Well, whatever, at that point the penalty really didn't matter. The beat-down was already well underway.

According to KC radio just now, the NFL has come out today and said that there shouldn't have been a flag. It was a religious celebration, what with Abdullah being a Muslim (I'm serious). They don't flag guys genuflecting or signing the cross, so the NFL wants you to know they don't hate Muslims today.

Religious or not, no reason to throw a flag for that anyway. Didn't matter.

He certainly did. Let Fasano do all the blocking, let Kelce do all the receiving.

I want to get out to KC for Gates and Arthur Bryant's, but that's really about it. Still, it's gotta be better than the barge stop on the other side of that state.

That is the go-to insult for Kansas City. It's a cow-town, blah, blah, blah. There is a hint of truth to that, but in this show's vernacular, it's just a lazy narrative by the out-of-town stupid. For the most part, it's a really nice place, has some culture (some good museums), historical architecture, good food, major sports, major events. There really aren't a lot of bad things you can say about the area, except for maybe Kansas City, Kansas.

I thrive in humidity. Dry air makes my nose shoot blood like a coke addict.

I just don't know what else there is to do in Kansas City besides eat awesome food, that's all.

Not sure what your point is. Personally, I don't have a problem with Rockford. I just don't like morons talking trash about Kansas City when they haven't really spent any time there. Maybe you have spent some time there, but judging on your stereotypes, I doubt it.

that's exactly my point, actually. you're doing equally-stereotypical "UH I'M FROM [SHITHOLE] AND YOU DON'T KNOW A GODDAMN THING ABOUT IT SO SHUT UP UNTIL YOU'VE SPENT SOME TIME THERE"

it's like saying i can't say this piece of shit is an awful song because i don't know how to play the bass guitar. it's equally as hollow as what you're defending against, so yeah, that's all i'm trying to say.

You would love Memphis or St. Louis then in the summer.

I do love Memphis! I don't think I ever had a week of awesome food like the one I had in Memphis. St. Louis, though, even I have my limits.

So, you actually haven't spent any time there, and are just talking shit about a place you know nothing about. Got it.

I've never been to Kansas City and yet I'm confident that I would like it more than I liked St. Louis. That's a dreadful little town they have going there.

Like I said, good museums if you're into that, they sure as hell are attractions in Chicago. Good shopping at The Plaza. Historical sites all over town. Crown Center. There's lots of stuff.

Cool. I might get there in the near future, who knows. How's that Power & Light thing?

I am from Memphis and don't like it. But, the Rendez-Vous are the greatest ribs in the history. Beale St. is a good time also.
