Speigel already irritated me and I'm not all that interested in hearing from Robbie Gould or Hub, so I'm listening to Kaplan and Haugh this morning.

The thread is in meetings!

Gould said they had the best week of meetings they have had in 5 years! LOL

I think he was about to say "best meetings ever".....and stopped himself, due to the lack of Meetings Metrics

1. This is what needs to be practiced more to be better.
2. Have veteran in the room that tells other guys they will be working on it AFTER practice today.
3. Teams cant force guys to practice over CBA allotted times.
4. 6 Hrs of Meetings = 1 good play?

Not good

Sorry, sick infant at home, no time!

But yes, this show is OK. But that's about as far as it goes at the moment.

I enjoyed hearing Thom Brennaman getting all butt-hurt at Diehl for correcting him about something and Thom replying.

I can't remember the specifics but Thom was irritated at the thought that he could have been incorrect about something.

Thom raises his voice way too much to put emphasis on mundane thoughts.

yeah, I can't imagine it's much insight. Even during the game Spiegel teased the big Monday appearance after Gould missed that FG. What would be the red hot take about that? "um...I missed"?

Sometimes I doubt your commitment to Sparkle Motion.

Robbie Gould does nothing for me..... so I moved on to live AC/DC.

I'll turn it back on around lunch and see if the show is any better....

I listened until about 10:30 and then I started having trouble with the stream and went to Pandora.

Should have had The KAPMAN on. He went nuclear on the Bears for a few minutes at the start of his show. He likes saying the word "PERIOD" after he makes a statement, followed by the inevitable "END OF STORY." All of this is done using his loud and deliberate serious voice.

I remember when Father Of The Year went nuclear on MacPhail and the Cubs in 2006 when they were spiraling out of control. You knew Andy was a goner when he lost the KapMan.

"There is no discussion! End of debate!"

Smart move by the host of a talk show.

As cheesy as Kaplan is I still prefer he and Haugh to Chunky and The Snapper, only because Speigel is so bad.
