I cannot remember the last time a Bear draft pick has been this good so immediately. He seems professional in just about everything that he does. The mistakes he has made this year have been remarkable inasmuch as he seems so perfect otherwise in his technique, positioning and production.

Yeah, i'm not a draftnik at all but given Emory's track record, i remember the consensus around here was kind of "meh?" Who? some guy and they are talking about how he can play safety as well.... which immediately my mind goes to "oh no... if they are selling that, They also told us that Mclellan can go to DE, no problem."

The kid has been tremendous.

He is something. The play where he closed on Roddy White and knocked the ball away was a thing of beauty. It won't be long before teams stop throwing to his side all together.

Not an every down player, but Hester was that good in the return game immediately.

Good call. I remember him being considered as perhaps the best DT in the league in like his second year.

I'm not sold on Fuller. There are times where I believe that he was more lucky than good.

Kelvin Benjamin owned Fuller last week. Cam couldn't deliver him the ball.

Fuller owned Julio this week.

That horrible receiver Jordy Nelson( per GD) gave him a tough time. I think he is a nice player, will see in the coming years just how good.

Urlacher was originally tried at the position formerly known as strongside linebacker but he simply couldn't shed the blockers. They moved him to middle so that he could roam.

What I mean is there have been times where the receiver was WIDE open and the QB missed him or the guy dropped the ball.

Saying Benjamin owned Fuller is just silly.

He was open quite often that game. He had four drops and few poor passes by Newton. There's more than just a stat line. Like watching the actual game instead of jerking it to Christian Jones.

Mike Brown.

I still shed a tear every time his name is mentioned.

So anytime someone disagrees with you it means they did not watch the game?

Cool.

It remains that Fuller was NOT owned by Benjamin.

3 catches, 28 yards is being owned.

"Oh but he was open other times and he dropped some passes!" said somebody who isn't using their brain in this thread.

They figured it out pretty quick. He was Defensive Rookie of the Year and a Pro Bowler his first year.

His 2nd year was statistically one of the best seasons for a linebacker in the past couple decades. Then Lovie came...

I don't expect you to think Frank. Outside your capabilities. Reading a stat line sounds about right.

 Your retort to RFDC for using the stat line was "he was open other times, and he dropped some passes."

Even Phil Simms laughs at that.
