How about their head coach? One of the bears finalists but must not have been cerebral enough for Emery.

Watched one of those inside the NFL show and they followed Arians....it was about 3 weeks ago and have to say, was really impressed.

One of my guys that knows him was pushing for him years ago, just saying the guy is all football, great HC and he proved what he can do.
