Gonna order a couple pies for my hockey team after our game tonight, anyone have a suggestion. I was gonna check the Village Inn, but not sure if they deliver.

Little Caesars on Dempster should do the trick.

I'm pretty sure Village Inn delivers. But LaRosa on Golf was my go-to when I lived there.

As a Pizza EXPERT! La Rosa holds a place in my heart for my youth. Many a movie rental from Dog Ear records came with a delivery from La Rosa and the disgruntled employees opening of Villa Rosa.....all that said...Village Inn is a better Pizza!

LaRosa's is excellent. Gulliver's and Eastern Style were good, but it's been years and they may be a little too far away.

Thanks guys, think I'll try La Rosa only cause I've had Village a few times and want to give La Rosa a shot. Sounds like I won't be disappointed with either place.

In my experience, La Rosa is better than Village Inn, although neither is all that good. It's been a few years since I've had La Rosa, though. My experience with Village Inn is much more recent.

Personally, if I'm near the Skokie ice rink (is it still called the Skatium?), I take the 13-minute drive to the Evanston Lou Malnati's, which is a standout branch. Edwardo's, which is right around the corner from the rink, is alright, too.

If this was for a normal dinner I would definitely go to Lou's. Had it for dinner Saturday (and sunday). But, this is just a bunch of guys hanging out in the parking lot drinking beers, smoking a little dope and eating a few slices of pizza. And since our game ends at about 10:20 speed of delivery is key. So that's why I'm looking at either Village or LaRosa.
