guys, even without rose this team is 100% better than last years. MAJOR upgrades in talent, plus another year of development and growth in our young guys.

I'd like to see McDermott not look lost on defense too much. Show some lateral quickness and don't be the cause of the entire defense collapsing. I don't expect him to be anywhere close to a plus defender this year and that's fine.
