I figured as much. His thoughts are truly bad. It's like he looks at pts, Rebs, and assists and literally no other stats and never watched games and then forms his opinions on that.

Manu Ginobli is a hall of famer. Why haven't the Spurs always started him? I guess it's because Popovich doesn't know as much about basketball as long time guy does.

Manu Ginobili and Taj Gibson are similar in the eyes of most basketball fans? And I'm the dumbass. The Bulls management did not believe he was a starting power forward you can spin however you want but that fact is obvious

I never said that so I'm not sure what your first couple sentences mean. I was proving how dumb the second part of this post was. Thanks for helping.

Ed Newly was a bench player also I didn't see you using him in your idiotic example.

To illustrate the stupidity of this. Manu has started at some point of career and was considered to be one of the best at his position. Taj has never started and is not considered to be one of the best at his position. Even the subscribers to this board don't believe that. On second thought

Taj was clearly the best PF on the team tonight. Did he miss a shot?

He missed two he had a good game though Gasol didn't play that bad either. I will check back in about 30 games. I also saw your guy Stephenson and he was what I thought he was. But if I'm going to say early on Gibson I will say early on Stephenson. Stephenson is extremely erratic though

I didn't list their power forward and something tells me if pressed you couldn't either. Parker maybe their four and I know that you would take Gibson wouldn't you

He could always knock down the 10-15 foot shot but now he has a post game.

Josh Smith is garbage.
Josh Smith has more range on his shot. Is a better passer than Taj. Better scorer and ball handler than Taj. He also is close defensively. He takes questionable shots stupid shots at times but there are yrs when it could have been argued that he should have been an all star. That hasn't happened at any point of Taj Gibson ' s career but Josh Smith is considered garbage.

I would take Boris Diaw over Taj Gibson also. One of the biggest problems with Bulls fans is that they have tended to over value energy guys. Basketball is a game of skill. If Taj Gibson had to play against starting caliber fours on a night in night out basis he would get exposed. For one he is undersized. Two he doesn't have much of a game. Just two ago he was considered to have underachieved. Remember how there were numerous articles about him under performing after signing the new contract. Now there are only eight power forwards better. It's obvious that people don't watch the NBA. They only watch the Bulls. If you look at any lists of best players I can guarantee you that Taj Gibsons name would not be listed among the top 15 power forwards on any of them. Yet on here he is considered to be a fringe all star

talk about a guy that doesn't watch the nba. The Bucks have possibly the Rookie of the year Jabari Parker playing the four

Well since the season just began I probably base my thoughts on last year minus rookies.

Taj. Was thoroughly Outplayed and out worked by t. Thompson who is in essence a rich manTaj. I'm no fan of Thompson but he has been a starter before and it was a good example of what would happen if he had to play against a starting caliber four man on a regular basis. Small sample size for sure but something def. Worth noting

And Parker had like 8 points for Milwaukee and seems lost.

some of the guys on opening night had monster games also Fareed Randolph and Pau to name a few. Your rebuke also included the Rev. Watkins like Taj doesn't have to get better the other guys just have to get worse. You used age to knock off three guys. While they're getting old he will be also. He will be 32-33 around the time some of those guys rap it up

We should never have a conversation about whether Jabari Parker is better than Taj Gibson. Not now not ever
