What the fuck kid watched L.A. Law growing up, and were there even any kids on that show? Seriously that fucking guy.

I watched it as a kid to bond with my mom. She liked tv shows better than me.

I think Dan would have been about college-aged when those shows were on so he wasn't exactly a kid.

I watched L.A. Law in the late 80s. I used to watch Dallas and Dynasty with my parents b/c they'd let me stay up later. Miami Vice...
My favorite thing as a kid is when they wouldn't air SNL and there would be a WWF special instead.

my parents used to watch LA Law. and the only thing i remember about it is corbin bernsen.... and years later i found find out that he was nailing amanda pays back then and HOLY SHIT THAT IS A GREATER WIN OVER ENGLAND THAN THE GODDAMN REVOLUTIONARY WAR + WAR OF 1812 IN A SINGLE PACKAGE!

pretty sure i posted a few months ago in the movies & tv section that this was one of the most underrated sitcoms of all time but i can't be sure...but it was.

extremely good writing. even after hartman's death, but certainly he was the glue (like he was in SNL).

i hated "la law" because it always seemed to beat out the far, far superior show "northern exposure" for best show at the emmy's and/or golden globes. fucking steven bochco.
