Say he isn't worth having.

I would agree. He's a cancer especially when you are losing.
This is ultimately what sinks him and it hasn't changed. The timing of his legal issues were never the reason he was sent away. It was the other players and coaches hating his act. That was when the NFL didn't care about off the field stuff anyways.

I still stand by my prediction that he won't be in the starting lineup for week 1 next year.

I would be okay with that.

If your theory is true, then marshal retires a bear. The team LOVES him. Just watch kyle long hump marshalls brains out on that TD.

Some of you don't seem to know the actual reasons that Marshall was traded twice.

Hint: It wasn't his legal issues. It was that they couldn't stand to be around him any more. It's even worse when he is on a losing team.

You made that prediction like a week ago. Way to stand by it.

There are articles about why Marshall was traded.

I'm not making it up.

Didnt the Bears recently give Marshall a 3 year extension?

Those don't matter in the NFL. It's all about the guaranteed money - the length doesn't mean anything.

But I do want to say the real reason we beat the vikings is because we played the vikings. I didn't see anything different to be honest. The bears still SUCK

The Bears are now officially as good as the Falcons, so that's...that's pretty good, right?

Todays Bears victory is a setback for the Bears regime change and reorganization.

To me, that's secondary to the draft pick. Mannelly was talking the other day about this sort of situation, and he mentioned how, during one of the Lovie years, the team rallied from a shit record "to save Lovie's job." The memory of that pissed me off so much. It seems like every time any Bears team is shit enough to get a top draft pick, they ruin it by winning pointless games once they've already been effectively eliminated. They always end up with middling or worse draft picks. It's a tragedy Peterson wasn't able to play today.

And for the Culter fans, I'll say it: Cutler was great today. But, again, that's just so Cutler. Playing great in games that don't matter for shit. Sure, he'll kill it in meaningless games against shit competition, but we've seen so many times what happens in key games against good competition.

Is anyone rooting for Lovie and Josh next week?

I might.

Why did the Vikings lose their TO in the fumble challenge? The call was overturned as a fumble. Just because they didn't get possession, they lose? I think that's wrong.

The officiating crew was pretty much horseshit today.

Congrats to the Bear on winning their first home game this year in the middle of November. 21 points ? That Jay Cutler sure is good too. They lose this game vs pretty much anyone else.

If you dont like Trestman and want him fired, you gotta hope he loses. Rooting for the Bears = rooting for Trestman. Every game the Bears win delays Trestmans firing..
