1. win the rest of the games!!!!!!!!!

2. you end up with a 10-6 record and tied with SF, DALL, DET and either NO or ATL for the wildcard records...and you beat all of them! You win the tie!

3. Simple!

This really isn't as outrageous as it may seem.

Favored against the Bucs.

Thursday games have been favoring offenses and the Lions are having trouble with theirs

Dallas is a fade in December with Romo and Bears will be on a long rest

Saints outdoor in December...and they are 4-6

always like to play dome teams outdoor in December against the Lions

They will probably be favored against the Vikings on the road in the last week

Bears!

don't forget that demarco murray hasn't had his annual injury yet. i'm still expecting him to miss a week or two at some juncture (tho in fairness the same could be say about gay "cigarette" buttler)

and we haven't even taken DIABEETUS into consideration, cuz you know diabetics can't throw the ball at night.

that said, dude, what are you smoking and where can i get some? i can toss it in one of these napkins i've got in my back pocket here.

All right, you are making me do it...I GUARANTEE the Bears beat the Cowboys.*

The only flaw with this theory is that it kinda ignores the fact that the Bears are still worse than all of those teams except POSSIBLY Tampa Bay.

The best reason I can give for the Bears upsetting the cowboys is that the Cowboys look past the Bears.

The Bears are better than Minnesota and Tampa. Detroit is better on paper but they've already started to Lion themselves and got away with it in London so who knows with that team.

I have them in football hell at 8-8. Beat the Bucs, lose on Thanksgiving, win one of the two vs Dalls & NO, then win the last two meaningless games of the season.

No. This team sucks and it doesn't matter if they're better on paper than their opponent. They're not even paper champions this year after losing to buffalo and Carolina.

The Bears will likely lose next week and crush any hopes you had.

Just remember, New orleans, also bad this year...and even worse outside.

At least this whole crazy scenario makes the detroit game worthy of watching at 11:30 AM on Turkey day

True. Any kind of hope to keep the games interesting would be nice. I just can't do it.

I would watch Jacksonville vs. Oakland if it was happening on Thanksgiving.
Anything beats the hell out of sharing time with family you don't want to see the rest of the year on the worst of "major" holidays.

What odds you willing to give me that the Bears lose at least one more game?

Josh McCown will singlehandedly eviscerate the Bears this weekend. Just watch.

This would be a meatball's dream. Would make for great Monday radio theater.
