My First Hipster Food truck!

Guy was sitting on Southport in front of CVS, parked right behind him.

Got THE DOC...Scrambled folded eggs, 3 bacon, swiss cheese on toasted chibatta...$7.70

Solid Samwich, wouldnt go looking for them, but if its breakfast time and they are in front of me would get it again.

As an investment, I still question the whole thing. Had 7 customers in the 15 minutes I was there. Some got coffee.

BUt broke my Hipster Food truck cherry.

Not to be confused with the real working mans food trucks that have been doing this for years, or the very best, the hispanic grandmother who makes rice, chicken and tamales...pulls up in a van and a plate is like 5$!!!

I get them regularly by my office on Wacker. Good sandwiches and the coffee is one of the best I've had. Definitely expensive, but good quality and solid food.

Since when is your office on Wacker? Did I miss a going away party?
