Griese should have been more aggressive in that situation. The running backs are going to lead the team in receptions the rest of the year.

Are these conservative calls on Griese,Turner or Lovie? If he is told to not take chances then you can't blame him.

The Bears are known to play not to lose, then play to win.

He really does nothing well anymore. Time for Lovie to cut the cord

Completely uninspiring game from the Bears.

Can Tommie Harris on-fucking-sides?

Archuleta sucks.

Bears 21, Vikings 24

The Vikings are not going to be able to score 10 more points unless the defense completely breaks down. I don't see that happening. Bears 24 Vikings 17

Oh, one more thing.

Bears can't tackle.

See A. Peterson's 67-yard TD run.

I wish Griese could hit a quick slant or a deep seem route. It had to be there once.

I know. The guy performs well and they pull him for the 2nd quarter. What is Lovie doing?

Why are the Bears running Garret Wolfe up the middle?

He is 5' 8" and 185. WTF?

He has to be faster than Ced and our AP.

Run his ass outside.

The only thing I can't think of is he was the one that missed the block that led to Griese getting blindsided by Ledger. Lovie has taken him out for crap like that in the past.

I think both. Griese is a conservative quarterback by nature and the Bears don't want him taking many chances because they want the defense to win the games. I get sick of seeing him throw the ball to the running backs on every play but I know that is his style.

I've been critical of your analysis of Griese in the past, but it looks to be right on NAS. This guy plays scared.

I wouldn't call him scared, but he just plays ultra-conservatively.

He doesn't have that gunslinger mentality, which I am fine with.

I'd rather see him be patient than wing the ball around like what's his face

This game reminds me of B.Sander's first game against the Bears. I was in complete awe of the man that day and for many to come. A.Pederson is having that same affect on me today. WOW!

Ya know, if the Bears would have made the Briggs trade with Washington we could have drafted Peterson.

Not that we would have with the commitment to Benson.

Ferreal. Last couple passes from Griese looked like sure Viking TD's.

Oops, there's the INT. Blame it on Baldi invoking the name of "Rex Grossman" immediately before that play.

Good call. Does anyone else still think the Bears would have made the Super Bowl with Griese behind center, or can we put that stupid debate to rest?

Vikings are +3 on the turnovers.

Tavarus Jackson will be called the next Tony Romo when the Vikes win.

I think most Bears fans know that Thomas Jones was the real reason the Bears went to the SB.
