so howard and BEFF started giving out their annual christmas card, with the GORGEOUS beff o'stern sharing this picture of the inside of the card on instagram/twitter/whatever today:

Image

now i looked at that and thought "holy shit that's either gotta be a photoshopped pic cuz that kind of expression on howard's face is reserved for when he's got a hard cock up against him" or "beth's GOTTA be wearing a strap-on there to give him the stimulation requisite for that facial expression" and thank god i wasn't alone, as the user HORSETOOTHED @ http://www.dawgshed.com just added in this dandy of a hum-dinger of a shoop-da-w00p of the o'stern's 2014 christmas card extravaganza:

Image

that, my friends, is the essence. #BeerCanThick #AtLeastWhat....SixInches?SevenInches? #LookAtYou and of course for the hanson fans out there #MmmCock

oh and btw starting in january (if not today technically) THSS is moving back an hour from 7am-11am eastern time, or 6-10am our time. that's right, no more early morning whinging for howard. i guess that means the commercial-heavy hour (2000-04 = "all these commercial breaks mess up my rhythm, robin!" 2008-present = "do we need to take a break, fred?") is pushed back from the 6am hour to the 7am hour, so everyone adjust your alarm clocks and save the date on your calendars... starting 1hr later means howard will be that much more "all in" to give us the final year of his current contract that we deserve!

oh yeah, and if i haven't technically mentioned it earlier in the thread (or maybe even if i have) if you guys haven't seen http://bethfanpage.blogspot.com you guys need to check it out ASAP! i have no idea who this is and if they're a shedder or anything, but they do the lord's work in keeping up with all things howchie/beff and giving us the REAL story of what's going on in the KOAM's day to day life. always a good compelling read, especially if you give it a week or two then you've got a good ~10mins of catching up to do and it's always worth the time invested.

so far the interviews have been decent. bradley cooper, larry david (very good stuff), kirstie alley, tom arnold (who is hard to listen to these days with that hoarse voice)...the one that i think i enjoyed the most was taylor chandler. what a little slore. now she's made a porno reenacting sex with michael phillips.

i think her face is mangled...she is like ah...frankenhooker. but she does have a pretty sexy voice.

the beetle vs. kanye quote game was fun. but it sounded fixed with the vince guy. he gets one more chance and suddenly gets one right...and wins. after his little sob stories. blah.

Id love to read a history of the show from a fan's point of view (Sini?)

Maybe I just missed it, but Id love to go thru the history of the show. I know the general history (the cast, the move to sirius, some of the famous feuds)

i only got to hear some of the sound bytes from benjy ("oh my god that's craazyeehh") and his annoying ex girlfriend but it was interesting what i got to hear. hoping to catch the whole thing in one of the replays...benjy comes off as a psycho and she comes off as annoying as always. i don't know how this chick is broke. she could easily strip or do one sex tape for vivid and be well off. she has an ear piercing voice and she wants to do radio? i think not.

I thought maybe he would step up his game with this being the last year of his Sirius contract. I see it's still the same uninteresting, time filling crap, with no talents like Benjy and his girlfriend. Keep it.

so i've been compulsively listening to the show for the past few weeks. the louis ck interview was great, but surprisingly so was the rumer willis interview--until her douchey dance partner joined in. what a personalityless knob.

i have been loving the ronnie-voice stuff...i'm sure for many it gets old and is annoying. but the whole "OH!" and "hey huh-wuh, get ovah he-eah so i can take you to the VIP area-rhh OH!" cracks me up. seems like howard's been in a pretty good mood since coming back from LA.

also have loved the incessant "CRAYZEEY-UH" and "BENJEEEEE" drops.

they're not bits--but they have run the sal being hypnotized into the ground already. even the prank phone calls have been less than amusing as of late. pretty much the news and interviews are all i tune in for lately.

stern had glenn beck on this past week, which sort of blew my mind because i seemed to recall howard blasting him left and right. i still think beck's a nutjob after listening to most of the interview but i do feel sorry for what happened with his family regarding his mother. she was an alcoholic who beck believed killed herself by drowning after jumping off a boat, that she didn't want to get help enough to quit drinking.

it's things like that can explain probably why he's so fucked up with his politics but it still makes me feel like...dude, just take in what you just said. you know you're crazy, right? so just shut up from time to time.

thanks for bumping this; i meant to post that i'm absolutely loving the howard stern retrospective stuff. i didn't know that they did a "parody" of "harlem shuffle" by rolling stones and were sent cease and desist orders. loved hearing the arsenio that howard got kicked off of.

this is the best thing they've ever done during his absence. it's like the history channel for howard, and it shows what an impact he made on radio. the simulcast to philly started a chain reaction.
