So, the guys that were producers and update guys at "The Highest Rated Sports Talk Radio Station in Chicago" move on to a new upstart station, then emulate the on-air talent from the previous employer, to the level that long-time listeners of the parent station can recognize character traits in their speech. What a concept!! See something successful and copy it elsewhere. We should try this in other areas of life, as well.
