* Give Emery one more chance BUT hire a "draft expert" that has an equal vote in the room.
* Hire the Detroit Lions D-Coordinator as HC
* Sign N'Domican Suh as a FA
* Draft LB's & CB's!!
* Bring Back Cutler BUT sign a respectable vet as his backup.

Now, do the opposite of what JP posted and they will be fine.

Mike....I hate to beat a dead horse but 30 years without a title is enough. Whatever they are doing in Weirdville isn't working. Time for someone else to take over. And I know there are bad football guys out there because they seem to end up in Bears management positions.

Like most, I'd push Teddy aside to run the financials. I'd look across the league and identify the organizations who have won repeatedly and appear to have organizational depth. From there you find a list of people to build you an organization. You give them the keys to the car and you step the fuck off and let him hire and fire as he wishes.

Sadly, the Bears will likely Fire the coaching staff. Keep Emery and Cutler and do as Don has shown.

Clean house go with an '85 connection. Singletary as GM, Rivera as head coach, Rex Ryan as def coordinator. Linebackers #1 player personnel issue to address. Keep Cutler another year and draft a QB to replace him in '16.

As long as Phillips is not allowed to have input on football decisions, that would work.

Trade Cutler and get whatever you can for him. He's had too many years to try and prove himself. You know how guys do that? By actually winning.

Trade Marshall. You're not going to be able to do this really because I don't think another team would want to put up with his antics.

Let Tilman and Briggs walk. Don't you even think about resigning them for another year.

Fire the whole entire coaching staff.
Fire the GM who hired this coaching staff and gave Cutler and Marshall these bad contracts.

Get rid of Ted Phillips

Stop treating this as a team that you're burdened by that just so happens to make you a ton of fucking money. Let's get to the point where you are a respectable franchise that actually matters in the NFL.

Drop nuclear bomb on Halas Hall and assassinate the McCaskey family.

Have corporation purchase team and fill the new headquarters with people that know a little bit about football.

Trade Cutler to whoever wants to eat a large portion of his contract. Good riddance prick.

Trade Matt Forte for draft picks. Tell BMarsh to shut the fuck up and play football. No more flights to NY.

Hire a competent HC, O-coordinator and D-coordinator. [Harbaugh, whoever he wants, and how about Perry Fewell?]

Build new stadium in suburbs and mimic the surface up at Lambeau, minus the Packers logos.

Win multiple championships.
