Well he's kinda fucking paid to give a fuck. Maybe if he were any fucking good the coaching staff would have reason to be loyal. He's as incompetent as any any coach on the team and as culpable for the shit play of the offense.

So far the only thing good about this game is Matt Forte passed the 1000 yard rushing mark again. He has been one of the few bright spots this season. I'm happy for him... he works his ass off.
