Guessing he sits for a game in the playoffs?

Ok, the first step on !2's leg may have been an accident

then when he switched to the other foot...and stepped on his leg...now, you are in trouble.

When you lift up the leg that is ont he ground so all your weight is now on the leg of the possible NFL MVP , who has an injured leg already.

Guessing Mr Suh gets to watch that game at home and pays $50K for it.

Chus is not going to like this, he has already told me I was whining.

You were, just like the Bears' fans were last week.

The NFL said we were not whining.

I haven't seen this week's Lions stomp. Or next weeks.

The NFL fines anybody for helmet to helmet contact. I saw it happen several times in the Bengals/Steelers game. A.J. Green got drilled in the head. It happens in the heat of the moment, sometimes. They were probably all cheap shots. Nobody here is crying about it, because you all just hate Suh, because he destroys the Bears.

The NFL is a terrible example of an organization that makes the right decision. The NFL said so, it's gotta be true.

Are you saying that the AJ Green hit is just as bad as the Clausen hit?

YES OR NO

I just saw it.
This is not as vicious as Raiola's stomp. Suh ain't stupid, he knew what he was doing, but he's not trying to break a guy's leg like Raiola.

Big fine coming. No suspension. IMO.

He may get fined due to his history. Guys get fined for all sorts of stupid shit. Brandon Marshall with green shoes. Peyton Manning with high tops.

I can't see a suspension. This is the playoffs. The NFL doesn't want one of their stars sitting, for something as ticky-tack as that.

No suspension. Even with his lengthy history.
If you and I are golfing, and you fall down.......wait I have a better example....

If we are at Pitchfork, and somebody randomly falls :D down....and I "accidentally" step on your ankle...

I would immediately/reactively/instinctively raise my foot up so that I do not seriously injure you.

Everybody would. Well, except Suh.

Big fine coming up.

Ok, more i think about it....

He might get a suspension. Not probable, but might.

He's not the first guy on his team stepping on somebody's leg. This month.
He's not stomping on a rookie's leg.
He's not stomping on a DL's leg

He's "accidentally" stepping (twice) on a league MVP, super bowl winning, NFL QB.

There's a chance of a suspension.

I don't see it. Raiola's was deliberate. There was no other explanation than he was trying to stomp on Ferguson's leg, after the play. Suh was pushed into Rodgers, by a lineman. He could have avoided the second step, but he didn't stomp like Raiola, or the Thanksgiving Day game in 2011. Vontaze Burfict twists ankles at the bottom of piles. Jurko has told tales of guys gouging eyes in pileups after a fumble. This was nothing. The NFL's ridiculous "safety" campaign is conditioning people. You know a dirty hit when you see it, like James Harrison lighting up Colt McCoy a few years ago.

I think this is what brings all of us to a common ground.

So what does the NFL do about a repeat offender doing that to Aaron Rodgers?
Something is going to happen.

Lions are a dirty team and suh has a reputation for being a dirty player.

He will probably get a fine. They have been fining the shit out of people this year. Roger has to make it look like he is ruling with an iron fist, after the rough 12-18 months he had.

No way a suspension. I haven't even seen the play ( been with family all day) but if there is any doubt, then no suspension for playoffs.

i think he gets fined but not suspended. for what its worth it looked like he put all his weight on rodgers leg with the second step... great talent with a bad attitude... should take notes from fellow freak d-lineman jj watt on how to act/play

This is a job where you tend to stick around for a while. There have only been three commissioners since 1960.

But hold on......while we're at it....

Is there any doubt that if AR hadn't already used up his drama queen/I gotta leave on a golf cart pass.......then his ass was leaving on a golf cart after this?

ONLY TO RETURN AGAIN?

Yes, it's not because Goodell is some sporting savant.

A severely mentally deficient person can tell the difference, without having to look, between walking on solid ground versus, say, a human leg ... just a slight bit of, oh, let's call it 'topographical dichotomy' between the two "surfaces".

Last week's events are clear and neither need, nor merit, further discussion as to what did or did not occur.

This example, while perhaps not as visually appalling as whosits' dickery last week, ultimately approaches the same level of asshatery in that Suh not once, but twice, steps on a person's anatomy rather than flat ground and is very clearly not in a hurry to (a) alter his path, or (b) move to more solid footing as would any person not interested first and foremost in causing insult and/or injury.

A person can claim that's not at all what happened, just the same as they can claim that Friday precedes Thursday each week ... either way, it's then abundantly clear what kind of belief in fanciful horseshit said person is beholden to.
