part of what you are asking for is not possible... the removing george part.... as long as accorsi provides a list of 2-3 people he would hire as a GM... that is the best we as fans can hope for... if you want the mccaskey's removed from ALL team decisions... then you are going to have to wait until they sell the team

More likely, Accorsi will give Ted and George a list of three or four finalists whom they will interview. Then THEY will make the final hiring decision. This is the way it worked with Angelo. Idiots.

I was so excited when I thought the Bears would FINALLY have a football guy above the GM. After listening to the press conference. I started feeling depressed.

After Accorsi gives George and Sweaty Teddy his list and they hire a GM. I can't imagine Teddy would stay out of the football decisions going forward
