Drove near him on the Ike from downtown to Manheim last week. Whte BMW 750li w/ classy looking EIU license plate holder. Drove somewhat slow in the left lane. Looked like a hit man. Interestingly, had a Bears STH magnet as well.

When a man can look that intimidating while wearing an earth-toned sportcoat/turtleneck combo and driving a white car at approx 54mph in the left lane, he's okay in my book.

The radio version is a tamed version.

I like Jurko. He's one of the few that "gets it."

That's downright slow, not somewhat slow. As of Thursday, those puppies should be 80 MPH at minimum.

Got a good story. At a 2007 MJH remote before the NFC Championship, I wore a Saints jersey (it was when I met most of the CSFMB alum at the time). Truth be told, I was shunned at the bar. Guy at the bar asked me, "are you a refugee?" i said no. i was waved off.

Jurko came up to me, put his arm around me, with drink in hand, and said, "Tough room for you, eh?"

He proceeded to buy me the next 2 drinks.

From then on, I cannot complain. He has bought me a drink every time I've been at any remote. Especially after doing the Simms impression.

Jurko at a Crown Royal event at Duffys. He had 500 drink tickets for Crown royal shots/drinks/etc. Had a few guys who worked for me there as well. Jurko dropped me about 200 tickets. That night hurt bad...all I remember is them running out of Crown Royal...Havent had a CR since...and did walk into Weiner Circle with Jurko and right when we walked in...."I listen to your stinky ass everyday you motherfucker, you dont shit about the fucking Bears, .....Now what the fuck you want to eat!!?"

Jurko way sharper in real life than the character he plays on the show.

Hmmmmmm? lol

The few times Ive met him he's witty and sharp with the tongue. No sign of the big dumb jurko he sometimes slips into on the radio.

When he was making fun of or giving shit to Harry back in the day, that seemed to be the real Jurko

Right, I get that. Jurko seems like he would be fun but with a little bit of insanity bubbling beneath the surface, like where some innocuous topic might set him off. He also seems to have no loyalties or ethic by which he works, like a hired gun in the old west.

I'd guess football is 95% of the reason for those behaviors.

My buddy and I met Jurko at 3 Floyd's a few years back. We were standing by the car, waiting for the place to open, and we saw a guy in a Bears jacket standing on the other side of the lot. I told my buddy that I think it's Jurko, but I wasn't sure. He saw us looking at him, so he walked over and introduced himself. My buddy and I are not little guys, but he towered over us. He is a mountain of a man. Despite the mangled fingers, he has a hell of a handshake. He talked to us for about ten minutes. He could not have been nicer. He was carrying out cases of Zombie Dust to bring to the station, because he lost a bet. 3 Floyd's waived their two cases per customer limit for Jurko. He left with four.

Men who wear turtlenecks, never look intimidating.

Jurko gave me a throwback powder blue Cubs jersey at a remote before. Not a contest or anything, just gave it to me.
I also won a body-hair shaver at that remote because I knew the 2 uni #'s he wore with the Packers.
I gave that to him in exchange for the jersey, not hairy enough.
