He'd go to the 3-4, more linebackers needed. which means they would need to keep and/or play Shea.

I'd hire the guy to be on staff.

Its worth a call, unlike the worst coach ever Buddy Ryan, who has done nothing but create good defenses and running teams.

The fact the Bears wouldnt even talk to Ryan tells you everything about them. They want someone that doesnt speak up. They want the quiet head coach.

Which is just wrong. It shouldnt be either. If the coach is great, thats who should be talked too..
