Yes.

I believe the coach being a veteran respected guy helps with that whole thing. If Fox says I need a new QB, I believe he'll get one

While I agree with this, I believe by design Fox will implement an offense that is designed more around protecting the football and running. With or without Cutler, there will be less risk. This is a good thing.
