Jeff Rodgers enters his fourth season as special teams coordinator for the Denver Broncos in 2014 after spending the previous two years coaching that unit under Broncos Head Coach John Fox in Carolina.

In addition to his four seasons as a coordinator, he has seven years of NFL experience instructing special teams along with three years coaching at the collegiate level.

In 2013, kicker Matt Prater earned his first career Pro Bowl selection along with second-team Associated Press All-Pro honors after setting the franchise scoring record (150 pts.) and connecting on 25-of-26 (96.2%) field goals. Included in his total was a 64-yarder against Tennessee on Dec. 8, to represent the longest field goal in NFL history.

Bears ST were ranked higher than the Broncos this year according to Mannelly. He hasn't been good at any point in his career. Bad hire.

Yep...when your highlight is helping a kicker in Denver kick longer field goals, not much is attributable to you.

hopefully an infusion of talent will make the special teams look better as well.... emery ran a bunch of UDFA's out there and surprise the bears were starting inside their 20 as a result of bad blocking or a penalty

They were still better than the Broncos.
