He might not like Cutler, but Cutler will still be the Bears QB for next year cuz there are no better options. And you need somebody to QB. They'd cut ties with him after next year when it's financially a little better to do so.

There are plenty of better options. The only bad option is if Cutler is on the team and the third year gets guaranteed.
