Good drive, with the help of that bad defensive holding call on the Eagles, and, of course, that couldn't finish it off with a TD.

Benson is running hard

If I were a Bears fan I would be way more upset with him than Rex or anyone on the team. He is easily one of the worst starting RBs in the NFL. He has maybe the worst vision out of any RB in the NFL. He just runs straight into the line every fucking time even though there is usually a hole open just a foot or two away. He never uses his quickness and speed to cut outside at all, he just plows straight into the line every time and like BD said he will occasionally break through for maybe 10 yds at the most. Seriously, can anybody who has seen more than 1 Packers game tell me the difference between him and Brandon Jackson?

That why you can't have a dumb ass at wide receiver. Have to waste a TO because you line up wrong.

This is getting downright embarrasing - they have WR's stopping their routes, not knowing where to line up, and now they can't even kick a FG without having to call a TO.

Let me summarize for everyone what this game is.

It's a battle of two bad teams.

Boy, good thing Griese never fumbles the snap or anything. But don't worry, this is the most effective 9-point offense the Bears can field.

Screw the penalty for that bad snap. You should have the ball taken from you after shit like that.

I consider Boston sports fans worst d-bags of all time. Too many reasons for another post on another day. But, man, I am so f-g envious right now. Pats with sh-load of SB wins, not to mention what they are doing right now. Sawx in contention every year. It's so bad that sometimes I think that this should be on a long list of things I bring into a confessional.

Can we officially recognize that Olin Kreutz is not an All Pro Center anymore? Hes fucked up several times this year and is a shell of his former self in terms of performance. He may be the most overrated player in the NFL right now.

What happened to having a NFL offense - trying to actually score points ? What happened to our running game ? What happened to our pass rush ? So many questions, so few answers.

Should we ask Bigfan to set up a separate section?

We may need one to figure out what happened to this season.

BTW, 16-12 Eagles now, what are the chances that we can kick 2 FG's in the last 4:57 of this game ?

What does it say about our offense when we start at about the 40 yard line each time, and can't do anything with the ball? No offensive touchdowns.

Bad coaches, bad players = bad team.

The confusion out there is embarrassing and Berrian is a piece of crap. I'm glad I've only invested 30 minutes of my weekend to these losers.

With U of I losing last night added to this shitfest, this state has some crappy sports teams.

Our defense can't get off the damn field either. 3rd down conversions, one after another.

Where do the Bears go from here? It's clear they will finish last in the division, and with Minnesota and Detroit playing better, this should make for a long couple of years.

Is Lovie really a great coach, or just riding the coattails of a lucky season?

Ron Turner, Bob Babich? What else is out there?

Grossman-gone, Berrian-? Briggs-?

For starters, I don't want to hear that the coaches have nothing to do with what's going on out there - when you are forced to burn 2 time outs because the players can't line up correctly, there's something wrong there.

Same thing with this 'Dick Jauron style' offense where they run their offense like they have a top 5 defense.

Where do they go from here ? Probably nowhere. They are 2-5 with a loss today, and they basically have to go on a 5 game winning streak to have any shot of a wildcard, and that isn't going to happen with this team.

Instead of playing full games, how 'bout the Bears spot the other team a TD or two and put 2 minutes on the clock?

Wow. Bears got away with a big time hold on the left end. Even the announcers haven't seen it yet, looks pretty obvious to me.
