5 years and a 23% increase with one year of no increase gives you a 5.25% increase. Expect that next year. lets round that to 6%

Totally off topic, but I was surprised to see how modest Virginia's house is. In an interview with Zaidman the other day, George stated that Ryan Pace wanted to visit her at her home, so George said they went to her home in Des Plaines. A quick Google search yielded the exact address: 252 Cornell. It's a 1,700 sf house that she's had since 1994. I guess when you're in your 70s (and now in your 90s), you value memories, being able to move around the house, and doing less upkeep more than having some monstrosity showpiece.
