celeb row over there. A Juanita Jordan has a 10,000 SF place right there and I think a few other media types. 400 Block on Superior, Huron, etc.

I'd rather have Holmes crib in AZ.

Maybe because it's not exactly Gold Coast would be my guess.

See, you can be a Real Estate Broker! I do think these are nicer than the places on Bellevue and Oak. Those places are old, small, too close together, etc....but you cant walk home from Gibsons or Tavern with your hooker!

You got $4M or more for a home, you can afford an UberX. Hell, even an UberSUV!

Damn 1%'ers.

That's gonna be a bitch of a commute for practice in Lake Forrest every day. Though he's probably keeping the suburban home I would imagine.

I always thought, with the Bears, the home is in or around Lake Forrest for the kids and the wife. Then they just get a nice apartment in the city for the hookers and mistresses.

If I was spending $4 million on a house, I sure as hell wouldn't want to be surrounded by neighbors on all 4 sides who are so close.
Gotta have some privacy.

Not to mention the fact that the Bears won't resign him. This is the last year of his contract. Now if he wants to live here the rest of his life, cool. But he'll play somewhere else for 3 or 4 more years and nobody will be living in that house. So I would have waited until I retired.

I mean he has to know that the Bears probably won't want him after next year.

I know he has money. He can afford to own a vacant 4 million dollar home for 4 years. Still, he could have been smarter. Why not wait a year to make sure you're not with another team after this year?

I just checked his bio. He's got a wife and a daughter. So he can't walk the hooker home from Gibsons like Big Fan suggested.

THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE THE SUBURBAN HOME FOR THE FAMILY AND THE CITY APARTMENT FOR THE HOOKERS.

Gotta have Waddle money to afford lake forest. Gurnee is the option for many players, libertyville, etc.

Doesn't Forte have more money than Waddle? Like, a lot more?

Or maybe signs out front are frowned upon in river north like they do here by me.

Agreed. I'd want to be surrounded by cornfields or tract housing.
