For anyone who plays on Xbox, you can get a digital code for a year of Xbox Live for 39.99 right now (normally 59.99). You can stack memberships up to three years, so even if yours doesn't expire for a while, you can still take advantage of the deal, though I'm not sure I'd go so crazy as to buy 2 or 3 of these right now, as this sale usually happens once every 3 or 4 months.

I got my last one this past November from "cdkeys.com" ... it was $30.99 for 12 months.

I've used them twice now, so while that's not scads of instances, they're 2 for 2.

I also learned that if you don't have your subscription on 'auto renew' (and it seems to me it's best to have it not on auto renew), you cannot input the code until the day your previous subscription runs out ... which gave me a bit of a panic in that I had this code that was basically a month ahead of time (because who waits until the last minute?), but all went well and worked out.

I don't have the first idea why they have them so cheap, and honestly as it has worked fine so far, I don't particularly care.
