Make Baldwin the sacrificial lamb and ban him from the NFL.

I hated the celebration and Im glad a guy like Baldwin who craves the spotlight fucked up his chance to BE the spotlight for 10 seconds in front of the whole world by acting like a jack ass

Be funny or creative or just hand the ball to the ref

Thanks for your opinion. I respect that answer and agree with it. I'm dead serious about the NFL acting on this with some kind of fine. 50 million people watching and this guy wants to embarass his profession like this?

Roger Goodell embarasses his profession every single day.

I'm a hand the ball to the ref type of guy but I've never understood the outrage over celebrations.

People just get extra-edgy over the Seahawks. I mean, they're the blackest thing to hit Seattle since coffee.

People have been outraged before Seattle even mattered.

Players are too uppity.

I'm not sure why I never see outrage over Jared Allen "roping a calf" after he gets a sack.

Because it isnt offensive, unless you are a Bears fan and you see it with 6 minutes left losing by 10 late in November in a meaningless game!

Neither is signing a football with a sharpie, or taking out a cell phone that you stashed in the upright post, but you would have thought the world ended after those celebrations happened.

Those of us who have never had the ego required to succeed at the professional level are put off by those who do.

Not sure how this guy figured to monetize this action

Why do you close the door or stall when taking a dump? Because nobody wants to see it.

Why do men go into a room to piss in a urinal?

if you feel that those things should be seen in public, then I understand why simulating a crap to you is OK....I am OK with them not showing an idiot simulating someone taking a dump. I dont want to see the real thing and dont want to see the simulation and guessing I would have some support in this area.

The premeditated portion of this action really puts this guy into the dumb hall of fame.

I guess we just need to be outraged by something. Unless he actually pulled down his pants I don't see anything wrong with it. It's just another touchdown celebration to me. Some are good and others are bad.

What's wrong with a sack celebration? Now we are asking for players playing a violent testosterone filled game to act like robots after doing something good. That seems reasonable.

you'd think celebrating great plays would fit meatball mantra... but meatball fans have been trained that you respect the game and hand the ball to the ref... because back when football players made peanuts that what they did

How on earth did players manage not to do anything of the sort pre Gastineau? Unless you count the time Merlin Olsen scored the FTD endorsement after he pulled his drawers down and took that tulip out of his asscrack after sacking Fran Tarkenton and laid it on his chest while he was on the ground.

Nothing if its good.

I just find the roping and shitting to be two particularly terrible celebrations.

nbc did baldwin a favor by not showing that on TV... that would have followed him the rest of his career
