The reason people hate on chain restaurants because the dishes are intentionally average to above average.

That and the fact that much of the food is reheated out of a bag that was made in a factory.

If you like Orange Chicken, order it from a good Chinese place. It will be much better.

Maybe he tried, but the rines were crossed.

Going to see my aunt when I was a little squirt was pretty traumatic for me. Those places were scary as fuck back in the day. I have a few old-timers (friends of my parents that are still kicking) that I visit when I go back to my hometown. Just sitting down to dinner with them or sitting in on the group activities like Trivial Pursuit makes their day. Or they fake it well.

for me it's the smell. smells like death. and bleach
It's weird how they all seem to smell the same way. That would be depressing to me. I used to visit a great uncle in one of those places. I could tell he hated it so I would always take him outside whenever I came.

That's how I ended up getting a blow job from a tranny at Little Jim's the night after we filmed at Taste of Peru!

If I couldn't chew and was looking for something great, crème caramel would be great. Love that shit, with the caramelized sugar on top.

no joke i did ask him if he wanted me to bring him naked ladies last night.

too late for the last meal though.. he wont even drink water. i stayed next to him all night long. he cant even roll himself over, so he would wake up about every 30min and ask me to turn him over. this went on about a dozen times over the course of the night. finally around 5am he finally caught a couple hours of sleep and so did i, thank god.

You should light won up around gramps and let the man get a contact high. I'd bet he would like it.

nah. weve tried that numerous times over the last few years. he would rarely take a sip of alcohol, but he never wanted a puff. he loved plants in general though and knew what weed was... he would go to his friends farm to grow vegtables but would also check on his friends pot plants while he was there to make sure they were doing ok.

plus i think if he took a hit now it would kill him. his breaths are very short and shallow... all night i thought any breath could be the last.

4 hours of "sleep" last 3 days. We're in the hospital now. I think I'm starting to understand why some people are nice to others on this board. :|

 what I always loved most about this place is I never got kicked out. I remember back in the day I would sign up to one forum after another and would get the boot within 10 posts. This was the first forum that wouldn't censor me and always fought back. Chicago tuff!

he passed away last night. he was sleeping. i was holding his hand, he wasnt in pain. the moment he did an unbearable feeling of loss hit me. we have all been prepared for this and i spent as much time as i could with him the last couple years.. so much so that i just dont want him to be gone :|

then, of course in my fashion of luck, the hospital called the cops and they drilled me for an hour because they thought my grandfather was murdered. i am not kidding. rockford's finest, they couldn't figure out why a 90 year old heavy drinking world war II veteran died :| dumbest fuckin people i ever met

Sorry Ike. I wish I could say something positive but I can't. I still have many crushing thoughts daily about my dad and that was before thanksgiving.
