Burger joint started by a guy who was on Top Chef back in 2008 is opening a Chicago location tomorrow at 22 S. Wabash.

Prez Obama burger looks alright... basically a bacon blue cheese burger with horseradish mayo and a sweet and sour red onion marmalade.

Tried it. I got the Obama burger.

It was good, but I'm not sure if I can justify spending $10 for a burger, fries and a drink for lunch.

As I posted this, I realized that I am a BigFan of the grilled chicken sandwich from Epic Burger, and you are right. I believe the Obama Burger deal was $10 for the first week, otherwise it may be between $11.50-12.

What I mean is that I can't justify spending that much every day. I could do it once in a while.

Chus, I am a "Dollar Menu" kind of guy. You can go to MCD, BK, or Wendys and find a burger, small fry, small drink for $3.

Still to the this day, the best burger I've ever had is the Grilled Pineapple Burger from Fat Duck in Forest Park.
