because you say so, then I guess it is?

I wouldnt take your wager because I dont think the Cubs will have a better record than the Sox....so i dont make the wager. Really not complicated until you make it so.

original Lou's location gets no benefit from tourists and is in a location with a highly opinionated clientele yet they are filled every night and have been for decades

They are doing something correct with their product.

Pizza Hut has the highest sales out of any pizza restaurant in the world. That makes them the best in my book.

They don't have a location in Winfield. A pizza expert like yourself should have known that.

new developments are going up, but that is at Bar louie, Goose Island, Improv....none of this area is redevelopment. It is just overpriced real estate. You pay a ton of money to be in wrigleyville and you only make money during the season, or on the weekends at night.

Not sure everyone plans for that.

Salt and pepper is the only place that is open for Breakfast-lunch-dinner and they arent packed during the off season.

Vines does OK for Lunch and dinner, but still under 50% filled on each night.

Can't imagine the overhead on a place like Old Crow.

My two favorite area places in Shef's and Toons have the right idea. Solid food/beer in a smaller space.

Old crow is a bar. The food breaks even.

That charges River North prices. Puzzles me that they're so successful.

Subway has the most locations in the US. That must be the best place to get a sandwich.

Lou's can simultaneously be wildly successful, and over-rated.

No. That's why the town was built next to a river.
