original Lou's location gets no benefit from tourists and is in a location with a highly opinionated clientele yet they are filled every night and have been for decades

They are doing something correct with their product.

Can't imagine the overhead on a place like Old Crow.

My two favorite area places in Shef's and Toons have the right idea. Solid food/beer in a smaller space.
