This isnt a dislike of Spiegs but fact is, he hasnt put in the work. I think he more than willing to be part of it, he wants to do things, the follow through on a number of things has been terrible.

EXAMPLE: Do something for March Madess. Yes, have people call up and give them a random team. Yup, it will take some effort to organize and run something like that, but I kinda thought it was the job.
