How long does that take?

I would really like to get away from artificial sweetners

I still put half and half in it. At first I used heavy cream, because I had some I was trying to use up, then went to half and half. That probably helped. I find I prefer Dunkin Donuts to Starbucks no, when it used to be the opposite.

I get the East side reference, but what is a "mult"?

Some people like to post under one or more ("multiple") additional screen names. I know, I don't get it either.

How about dogs that die of cancer? How does a dog get cancer? Cigars? Skoal?

There is a rural town around here that just had twin 8 year olds die of brain tumors. It happens right? Well, now 2 other kids in their class have brain tumors. The town is completely surrounded by farmland.

I'm sure years and years and years of sprayed crops had something to do with all this kind of crap.

When we buy veggies or meat, we get it from some friends of ours on an organic farm.

RFDC, try truvia or stevia in your coffee. I cannot give up the sweetener in coffee.
That's a good question, and there's a simple answer: they eat what we eat and their liver, kidneys and pancreas are not set up for the GRAIN put in the food. Canines thrive on raw meat and supplement themselves with vitamins and minerals when they need it on their own.

I envy you having a farm friend....hopefully I will be out of this apartment with a couple of acres next year. (I'm FROM St. Louis but I moved to Mississippi for the food)

Peanuts, beans, and peas are all legumes (from the plant family Leguminosae).

Peanuts are not beans though, any more than a Ford is a Chevy.

The stuff pictured below are categorized as "super foods" for a damn good reason. Look up oxidation in regard to human illness. By the way, the grain seen on the bottom right is not wheat, rye or barley...the glutinators!

Edit: and that's DARK chocolate at the bottom. Is there anything there that you don't like?

Just got a chedder bacon burger with fries. Ranch for the fries. Don't know whether to put thousand island dressing or BBQ sauce on my burger. I'll figure it out.

There's a bunch of good stuff there. And if you substitute the the wheat crust for one of rice flour you would have a VERY good food there.

These guys are great because you can sprinkle it on many things. Sprouts and Whole Foods has them. The crop can't be grown in the U.S. because William Randolph Hearst was a giant asshole.

You probably know that flax seed oil is rated as the #1 natural oil now, beating out the olive.

Because you're apparently a dim-witted dumbass.

Do your own research, and, while you're at it, learn the English language beyond "a", "an", and "duh".

As an aside, while you're out and about on the internet, go ahead and see if you can locate for us all a legal, objective, FDA-recognized scientific definition for what exactly constitutes something being officially considered a "super food". I mean, surely it's not just some happy horseshit vapid marketing buzzword, right?

You guys are crazy. Salt, pepper, and dill are the only seasonings needed. Put a pad of dill butter on the salmon as it rests. Perfection.
