So.....this guy gets tested 3x per week, and didn't fail a test.

He turns himself in to his employer anyway, and they are going to throw the book at him? This seems odd to me.

Maybe he had to explain missing some baseball responsibilities for extra AA meetings, a return to rehab or whatever. Or there usually is a lesser penalty when you turn yourself in? Or he could have somethign else we do not know that will turn up that happened during his binge.

We might need help from Team Cocaine as I am not sure how long it stays in the blood stream, I would imagine it is longer than 24 hours though.
