Chet is really weird on his vision of history. He was around when sports media got big, yes, but he didnt make it big. If it wasnt him, it would have been someone else...Chet and North are not the reason sports talk stations become viable.

If Bruce Wolf kept the job WSCR offered him, you would never know who Mike North is and people would hate Wolf now....more than they do....doesnt mean I didnt like North, but he isnt the reason WSCR became what it was. It was the only ALTERNATIVE.....Does that ring a bell to anyone? ALTERNATIVE ROCK? WXRT? Same Owners? They would have one it without north, chet, etc....
