Doesn't matter to me; you don't get any extra protein by not cooking the egg and it tastes bad, plus you could get sick.

Like Coach said, go with the whey protein. Avoid soy protein if you can, because it's incomplete protein and because it tastes like ass. Save the eggs for breakfast with a little Montreal steak seasoning.

I love a good chocolate mousse and many of them are made with raw eggs.

Some soy products aren't that bad, I have my suspicions about dairy.

Soy protein is horrible. I've tried to like it, because it's generally cheaper than whey protein, but it's horrible. Raw eggs can be yummy if found in mousse or raw cookie dough, but not so much in smoothie form.
