I quit reading Moronitti months ago and have stuck to it. And have done the same to "The Slez" until today the Sunday the 19th. I wish I didn't . Column had to do about Imus and the poor Rutgers players player who's suing. This does it for me buying the Times, guess I have to spend more and buy the Trib. Times is nothing more than a rag now.

I have never come away from reading a carol slezak column without saying WTF were both her and her editor smoking when they decided this was woth publishing.

It was a pointless column. I wish the Sun-Times would stop trying to make victims out of people who aren't (like that Mexican chick and Amy whateverhernameis who used to work for NBC5). He called them a mean name in a joke, boo hoo.

I have to wonder if it's Carol or her editor that decides on subject matter for a story? I would think it's up to her...Whoever picks her subjects should get a clue, because she writes far too many stories that interest far too few readers. I have never liked her writing, nor her opinions. How did she ever get a job writing about sports? Some gal's like Kerry Sayers, who cover sports, seem to really be knowledgeable and sharp. Maybe Carol should try travel and leisure....

The Suntimes Sports Section serves it's highest purpose as I use it to start my campfires in the backyard. It is nearly completely without merit. So is the Tribune. They're the same stories, the same quotes, the same silly conjecture. They're both pretty much the same.

This article on Olsen today is a joke. For her to bring up the rap song again is really stupid. I wish they would get rid of her already. I can't remember the last article she wrote that was worth a damn, or even if she ever did write one that was.

Here's my suggestion - don't read her. She's not worth the time, and she's not very bright.

Yeah I read it yesterday and I'm thinking, why is she still bringing up something he did 5 years ago as a 18 year old?
