Eddie calling Crawford out for giving up 2 soft goals, says the Hawks must start Darling in game 3. I heard him say in an interview yesterday that Darling should start game 2. He is right on both.

How'd the Red Wings miss on Forsberg? After Forsberg's dad beat them like red-headed step-children back in the Patrick Roy days.

Yeah. Q has no choice but to start Darling now. He said it was a no brainer to start Crawford today. It's a no brainer not to start him in game 3.

#Trust_Scotty :D

Scotty gave up a 1st round pick for Vermette. Not good.

It was a Captain Invisible kinda night: no points, no shots, -1, 2 PIM

Well, first team of the year to get humiliated in the playoffs.

0 goals in 3.5 periods vs. 9 goals in 4 periods.
Easy call.

Nashville has eight NHL-level defensemen from which to dress six. We have four. We're putting a rookie goaltender straight into the fire. Nashville puts constant pressure on the Hawks and the Hawks rarely have an answer for it. They have so many weapons on offense. It's not certain they win this series anymore.

At least 2 of our defenseman are, what I would call, terrible. We still have more offensive talent. I don't feel like Darling is a true rookie, he has a shot, especially if the defense plays better.

you know CH, while growing up my dad told me once that one of the reasons we lived in elk grove was because in the case of nuclear armageddon we'd be instantly taken out with o'hare and wouldn't have to live a miserable substandard life with the survivors. i kind of believed him given his whole "life sucks" mantra.

i don't know why i'm oddly compelled to tell you this right now, but hey you know slim pickens had the right idea did he not?

Dat Zawaski guy is on da Score right now (I'm trying to talk like him). He just played Crawford's interview. Crawford kind of threw his teammates under the bus. He's trying to save his ass.

They have the likely rookie of the year, the likely defenseman of the year, a possible goaltender of the year, and four twenty-goal scorers.

Gotcha. I'll forget all of this come game 3. To me, they'll just be the guys in yellow when the puck drops.

Crawford has not been great for sure. But everyone has to admit the defense has been shit. Either that or the Preds are the all time fastest, skilled team since the great one's Oilers.

He should throw Oduya and Rosival under the bus and run over them a few times. Fuck him too. 3 of the goals he was down on too early or stays down and they lifted it right past him.

That one time was really pathetic. Nashville guy is 3 feet from him. He goes down way low, opens up the top shelf, Nashville guy's eyes light up and flicks it in really easy. Even I would have been in better position for that situation. That was dumb.

I think he was thinking he was in too close to lift it. But it's not hard for skilled guys to do it. I assume that Nashville guy was skilled. KNOW YOUR OPPONENT!!!!

No he does it all the time.

This sucks. Does Q let Corey get himself together at home? If Darling comes in and doesn't do well then we have 2 goalies that are all messed up. This stinks.

Ok. I don't watch 'em all. And sometimes I'm not noticing stuff when I do watch. So I'll take your word.

I thought last year the knock on him was he sucked glove hand. But then he got good glove hand. Or something like that.

Crawford's head is not in this. No doubt Rozsival is worse than terrible. He literally has no business on the ice. I can't see that guy belonging on any NHL team right now. Add to that the fact that Timonen played only a handful of minutes... you got a real problem.
I'm ready to take Runblad. He cannot be worse than Rozsival. I don't think anyone can. That might be the worst two games I've ever seen out of a defensemen.

Now add to that that Crawford is almost useless. He shouldn't be back in unless someone is hurt. I can't imagine he's back in net at all. If he is, I'd be ready to condemn Coach Q for the first time.

Ah his icky tricky glovehand. Some people said that was a fallacy, I thought it was kinda true. Now I realize it's always going past and over him no matter what side because he's sprawled out in the net like a freaking butterfly all the live long day.
