I don't get why this such a thing. You already know who the teams are playing, just not the week.

Especially Vegas trips. Lots of fans want to know when their teams play on Thurs or Mon so they can plan a 4 or 3 day Vegas weekend. I'm one of those people.

And you're right. Lots of weddings will be booked tomorrow during the Bears bye week.

Bears will get one Sunday nighter (Broncos @Bears). That will be a September game. Cuz NBC will want the Bears before they are officially bad. They'll get one Monday nighter. Probably a GB game. And one Thursday nighter. That will be all of their prime time games.

Possibly no Sunday nighters. Cuz NBC usually only wants playoff teams from the prior year. Or at least teams that were .500. If they don't want Bears-Broncos then they will have no scheduled Sunday nighters. If they are good then they'll flex one in after week 10.

No wonder Beardown is so good at writing conversations, he can't even agree with himself.

Now that I know NBC has them on Thanksgiving, I'm confident they won't have a Sunday nighter scheduled. That is my official position.

I attend T day in Wisconsin with mostly packerites. This could be a thing.

And this is why they announce it.

What's your point? That I'm supposed to go thru all of your posts to see where you've posted the same thing but in different sections? I posted in this thread which was specifically talking about the schedule and noticed no one had mentioned Bears/Packers on Thanksgiving.
