They're missing point blank layups now. The sad part is Cleveland is bad as well on offense and we're somehow worse.

Hope that Rose long distance three was the play drawn up by Thibs.

You give them a free time out and an extra .7 to set up a play.

This sucks.

There is no way you can lose this game. There's just no way. No Love, Irving is on one leg and you hold the Cavs in the 80's point wise and yet somehow you manage to play worse on the offensive end at the worst possible times. Our offense has killed us for what, almost five years now in the playoffs? No energy and no legs and this is only the second round of the playoffs. It's always the same let down, year after year.

No we're good. We have Taj to bail us out. He will work hard get a dunk or two and end up with a hard earned 6 points. The playoffs are about shot makers. JR Smith though I don't care for his game is a shot maker. Cleveland is loading up on Rose and Butler. If Gasol doesn't play the Bulls are cooked. This is a game they should have won.

The Bulls haven't had this talented of a team in a long time so I don't know what you mean by saying it's always the same let down year after year. Different teams. Different year. Different situations. Also, this might be the 2nd round of the playoffs but it's really the Eastern Conference Finals. The team who wins this series is coming out of the East.

That is the most frustrating aspect of this front office. They have consistently passed on guys like that while they are good enough for LBJ and good enough to help win championships. This team had clear holes and they watched other teams, like Cleveland, load up.

The Bulls need to stop with the hard hat lunch pail bullshit like the Bears needed to stop with the high-character drafting smartest GM in the room bullshit. It appears the Bears finally figured that out, at least.

And the next dipshit to make the extra pass to Noah so he can toss it at the glass like a spaz needs to leave the planet.

JR, who was acquired in the Tyson Chandler New Orleans Hornets trade back in the summer of 2006, was immediately traded a few days later to the Carmelo Anthony led Denver Nuggets for guard Howard Eisley (retired that summer) and two 2nd round picks in the 2007 draft – Aaron Gray (selected 1 pick after Marc Gasol) and JamesOn Curry.

Jimmy Butler is thoroughly locking LeBron James up. He is doing the best job of guarding James that I have seen. Leonard played him well but not this well. He is conceding and then closing out on his jump shot. I wonder if anyone will commend the guy on the job that he is doing on James.

No he isn't. LeBron James used to destroy Deng some games. He has never held James to the shooting percentages that Butler has. Not to mention the turnovers also.

It's flat out insane that I'm sitting there watching a game with LeBron James (forward/linebacker) on the court and still thinking that Jimmy looks like a grown ass man. Let alone the fact that it's Jimmy defending him.

He deserves every penny he gets and I hope for him it isn't wasted in Chicago.

I watched again this morning from 2 different angles and it looked like his toe was just touching the line. Also- the ref was right there and clearly signaling it was a 2.

Watched Blatt's phantom timeout as well...he ran onto the floor clearly motioning for a T.O. until the assistant grabbed him...hard to see how the refs missed it but there was a lot going on at that point.

I also would like to see a close-up of the ball going out of bounds on the play leading to the last shot. In real time it appeared to be close to being still in bounds on the 1st bounce. That would have killed the clock.

Just observations more than complaints however. The Bulls deserved their fate.

Perhaps it could be followed by a not-fast rescinding of that lead.
