Get the lobster cocktail in the artichoke. It may not be on the menu and you can look like an insider/big shooter. Also, I would order a ribeye. Life is too short to eat salmon at Gibsons.

I don't know nothin' from nothin', but I gotta believe that if you're ordering a fish entree at a steakhouse, somebody somewhere oughta be shot in the face with a musket.

The steak is all standard issue corn-fed USDA Prime. If you want to throw a curve ball, try the chicken pot pie--it is unfuckingbelievable. My kindergartener ordered it once and I nearly ate the whole thing myself. A whole table can probably share it as an appetizer.

good food but if you are there for a celebration, those waiters will do everything in their power to run the bill up on you

Agree with JORR on the Lobster cocktail. Its basically seafood salad, just from Lobster meat. They have 3 sizes. S,M, L....great app, as it isnt fillng, but is awesome.

Get some Shrimp Cocktail, dont need more than 2 a person,///Lobster Bisque, also top notch.

Dont order the Stone Crab! Not that great and REALLY Expensive.

The NY Strip, a no brainer. M/R

Double Baked, more than enough to split with someone, onion rings...top notch.

IF you have a Fish person, Blackened Swordfish, with Pico De Gallo, awesome...and the tuna steak also great.

And remember, Massive desserts if you go that way.

One of my guys FOBF...

Has the Cheeseburger, swears by it.

+1 on BigFan's double baked recommendation. It's enormous and shareable, but really good.

Ribeye medium rare.

Thank god someone here has some sense.
You go to a steakhouse, you should order a ribeye.
There's few exceptions.
The blue cheese crust is a must as well. I had one at... what the hell was that... Ruth's Chris? For a bachelor party... best goddamn steak man. So fucking good.

I don't know. Sounds a little Lady and The Tramp-ish for a steakhouse.

What about those who don't eat read meat, but are going out with a group? Try looking beyond your narrow world view once in a while.

To be fair... people that don't eat meat are probably communists and therefore deserving of 115 grain lead poisoning.

If vegetarians are commies, then people who order a blue cheese crust on a prime cut of meat are sexually conflicted. Boom. Sucker punch.

I wasn't prepared for such a follow-up question but blue cheese crusts and the like belong on cheap grocery store steaks, etc. Nobody with a ring finger longer than their pointer finger would ever do it. It's been studied.

I've had burgers, they are good and not expensive. That or some sort of shrimp/scallops are what I order at steakhouses. I don't like the texture of steak.

How do you eat an artichoke when it comes out like that? You can't really eat the leaves or do you?
