Definitely worth seeing on a big screen. I saw it in a regular theater but IMAX would've been awesome. the film captures the spectacle of what made the first one so much fun. I liked the characters, especially Chris Pratt, but once again the dinosaurs (or genetically altered dinosaurs) steal the show. There is an epic battle at the end that rivals any monster movie.

i found it extremely entertaining, even though there were the usual cliches, and there were some awkward "family" moments in it...overall i forgave the shortcomings because the rest of the execution was top notch. there were even a few surprises.

:D :D :D out of :D :D :D :D

I'll be in for a treat because I've never seen one of these movies but thought I'd give this one a shot.

Is one of the surprises a helicopter rescue by the Rock?

my guess would be cameos hearkening the old movies. hammond's kids? jeff goldblum? dr. alan grant? julianne moore? the chick from 1/3? idk. maybe william h macy and tea leoni show up for a testimonial.

the first jurassic park was absolutely classic. i dont know if they were able to recapture that effect. i would imagine jurassic world is a little cheesier

there's only one "cameo" but it's not from the previous movies, although the film pays homage in some ways to the original. i like that it kinda forgets about 2 & 3.

"jurassic park" is classic but the characters weren't that great. this improves upon it a little bit if only because chris pratt can absolutely carry a movie on his back.

may be a little too intense. there's a lot of blood and death for a PG-13 rating. it's also seeing these big huge dinosaurs that might give them night terrors.
