agreed. kirk is looking effective so far. i like that play they just ran where they fake the high screen and let kirk drive. he really drew that foul on kaman well.

Bulls defense has been horrendous so far....48 points allowed at the half way point of the 1st half.

mobley is shooting so well. not a lot kirk (or any1 else thats tried guarding him) can do.

edit: he ended up shooting 10-10 in the first half

What the hell is Wallace doing? Has a open dunk, but opts for a finger roll and misses it.

so ben wallace needs to practice his lay-ups and FT's. any decent high school baller can do both better than him. lol at least let me vent a little. ben wallace has missed a couple easy lay-ups already

This team is bad so far. I think for now on, I won't start watching the Bulls til the 2nd half of the season starts.

It's pretty pathetic when a professional NBA player, who happens to be at least 6-6, can't make a damn layup with any consistentcy.

lol wallace is having a much better (used to be normal for him) defensive quarter.

but he came back and drove the lane fromt he top of the key. sound like something wallace should do? deng has a tough time with that, why would wallace do it? i wouldnt give him any shit if it didnt look so unnatural

Stacey King keeps saying that "you have to love the effort" after the Bulls get 2 or 3 offensive rebounds, but couldn't convert.

Yeah, they are playing hard, but c'mon Stacey - I want to win this damn game, and we need to score when we have that many chances.

Why is Noah getting so many minutes? Christ. He moves around like a mad man without really acomplishing anything.

He fights better positoned Bulls for rebounds. He can't slide his feet quick enough to guard and he has an awful looking shot.

Anyone looking for a major trade (Kobe) to happen because of the 0-4 start, I'm guessing that Paxson is going to be as patient as ever. I'm not jumping off a bridge yet because this SHOULD be a good team, but they are digging themselves a big hole with that 6 game road trip looming.

My guess is that Skiles is trying to motivate Thomas, who has superior athleticism but is stupid and raw offensively. Or it could be that Skiles is simply desperate. Thomas is unreliable; Wallace has become reliably mediocre; and Smith's bad knees prevent him from playing big minutes. The Bulls' collection of big men are average at best. So far they look a lot worse than that.

And Hinrich is a freakin' idiot. Have I mentioned that yet? I hate the way he makes such obvious, stupid and unnecessary fouls....and then always complains about the call to the refs. For a player purported to be so "smart", he's actually incredibly dumb.
