Some meats...not the prime cuts...some chicken...again...the worst cuts liquified...soy, wheat, corn fillers...Sodium Nitrate (In all sausages), Salt and some red dye to make you think you are eating a fresher piece of meat than the 6 month old scrap of extrusion you have consumed. Mmmmmm

i dont eat much of anything anymore thats processed. it makes a tremendous difference when you stick to nearly all whole foods
