I don't think it would work in the long run, but if you are management and all that matters is ratings here is the chance.

You simulcast the show on WMJK or whatever station they just put dahl on, with the Score.

You suck up the major media blitz you would get on every TV station, you could probably cut $400,000 in consolidating the "teams" as you don't need 2 producers, 2 sound guys (Rock stays)

It would start off great! Lotsa love. Then heated arguements that end in Dahl just saying "fine". North would not be happy with that, because he knows Dahl would just be saying it without meaning it. North would be in Mitch's office everday.

They probably would not come in though if things got too bad.

Dahl would never agree to it.

Dahl learned his lesson to not team up with partners who have their wives brokering their deals.

It would be a Major win for SCR as more morning listeners will now tune into Stever at JACK anyway pulling big time ratings off a show(Mike North)that alreadyis picking up steam going down the backside of the mountain.

The ride is almost over for Mike, sad as that might be and SCR ready needs to find some NEW talent to move listeners.

The show would probably flop, but it'd be interesting hearing the bookie priest and Dahl's burrito sports anchor doing a few bits together.

Do ratings matter-? If they do, why not gun for the overall ratings crown?
Reprise the Monsters of the Midday with North and Crazy Howard McGee.
An idea so bad, it just might work......

WVAZ not only knocked WGCI out of first among the age 25-54 demo but also pulled a full point ahead (5.7 to 4.6) in the category. The gulf was greater among women 25-54 (8.0 to 5.5).

"It's been a long time coming," said WVAZ program director Derrick Brown, who took over in July. "We are absolutely focused on 25-54 like a laser beam. 'GCI was always the cradle-to-grave urban station but now, as in all media, we have to be specialists in certain demographics, and that's where 'VAZ comes in."

WGCI's ouster of Crazy Howard McGee was felt among morning listeners 12 and older (down to 3.5 from 4.2)
