I've eaten fresh asparagus and not had a problem with excretion. It's good if you boil it in some vegetable stock!

On the other hand, I've merely been around the opening of canned asparagus and immediately felt the kitchen turn into a bathroom.

Really? No water for 3 days? That's not good. Water is the most important thing that you can ingest. I drink about 1 gallon of water every day. The rule of thumb is, if your pee isn't clear, your not drinking enough water.

That sugary pop is bad news for you. So is sugarless pop for that matter.
