Really? No water for 3 days? That's not good. Water is the most important thing that you can ingest. I drink about 1 gallon of water every day. The rule of thumb is, if your pee isn't clear, your not drinking enough water.

That sugary pop is bad news for you. So is sugarless pop for that matter.

Weren't you the guy awhile ago that said you drank a Red Bull or some other energy drink after working out?

I used to do a lot of things that I no longer do.
