I think at this point the only info that seems reliable IMO is...

-Girl is in her 20s
-girl was drunk at bar
-girl was all over Kane at bar
-girl went willingly to after party at Kane's house
-girl contacted family member after leaving Kane's house
-girl immediately cancelled social media accounts
-girl immediately went to hospital for rape kit
-girl had a scratch and bite mark


That's pretty much all the reliable evidence we know so far.

Other "evidence" that doesn't appear to be reliable enough to accept a fact...

-girl was on Molly at the bar
-girl has already asked for $1-$2 million from Kane
-girl is a known star-fucker
-girl went into room at Kane's house and Kane followed her in



Based on the above I see a worst case scenario being he is charged with rape and the State has zero chance of proving it in court. Best case scenario this is another Drew Doughty situation.

Ok. You're on me for this. But did he take a huge bite out of her? Then I'm on that lawyer's side. But little bite marks are probably more common in sex than you think. I know. I'm not a lawyer. They're the only experts on sex bite marks. That's an entire semester in law school I would imagine. And lawyer's are never wrong.

Large or small bite marks , or how common you think they are....an issue that will arise is PK's defense trying to find the other freaks in the world like you that enjoy biting during sex. They will request a list of guys she has had sex with and want to interview them.....and this is an example of a reason she will just want the money and end it, once again do not blame her if thats the route she takes.

PK's side is going to ask her to sign some binding shut up agreement and if they want her to be quiet forever, then pay her forever.

Even if her past history of sex didn't include biting, it's no proof of anything. Maybe Kaner was the first to introduce it to her and she liked it. Plausible defense argument.
