Not good.

Quote:
(CBS) Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Kevin White could miss the entire season, Bears GM Ryan Pace said Saturday.
The team said that the seventh overall pick in this year’s draft suffered a setback last week after sustaining stress fracture in his shin during OTAs.
Pace said White will undergo surgery and miss at least the first six games of the season.

Alshon on Crutches today with calf injury.

Pace says he should be ready for the season opener!

Anyone want to revisit that 7 WIn issue?

Some here do believe that exceeding the 7 WIN level set by vegas will happen. Didnt think they would do it before this preseason, at the very very best, they get 7 wins.

Yes, and to no surprise, it was Captain Dipshit, who predicted 7 or 8 wins.

Bears under 7 looks solid. They won five games this year, and the team should be even worse next year, with an extremely difficult schedule.

Perhaps the worst prognosticator in the history of prognostication, should take a step back from pounding Curious Hair about his Hawks prediction.

Holy shit.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

You would think the odds would say the Bears would have to draft someone in the 1st round that immediately makes an impact.

Long year ahead.

This is horrible news for the offense.

But the Bears overall wins for the season has way more to do with what happens with Fangio and the defense than it does White being out.

If the defense can be decent this is still probably a 7-9, 8-8 team. If the defense is awful again then 5 or fewer wins is coming.

Bears are pathological liars

I've already sold off my entire season at double face. I'll buy back a later season game at below if I want to go

As long as Shea is your "leader" on defense. 7 wins is a pipe dream.

Its way too early to have so many of you ready to jump off a ledge. This is the NFL were talking about here. I love the new coaching staff and have faith in them to do more with this team than the last regime of numbnutts did.

BEARSSS!!!

I'm going to be on an airplane on opening day, headed to a conference. Didn't even contemplate taking a later flight so I could watch the game. Looks like I'm not going to miss much.

Pretty common in the NFL and other professional sports. Pretty common everywhere else too for that matter.

Great time to buy the Bears. Marquess Wilson will have a monster season and Royal will be a reliable possession receiver. I'm excited about this Bears offense. Cutler can go out and play loose because there is no pressure.
