No. Impossible at this point. Nobody has the 8 million in cap space to take Forte. And it's for damn sure that no team has the 18 million in cap space it would take to get Cutler.

You guys just don't get it. Trades like that have to be made in the offseason. Once rosters are set, you can't move these big contracts. Everybody is to close or at the cap right now.

And it's not like the Bears want to take a bad contract back for these guys to make it work for these other teams. And a contending team wouldn't trade good players for these guys. Bears only want draft picks.

Even if money weren't an issue, which it is, an in season trade for Cutler wouldn't make sense. He'd have to learn the playbook in 5 days. 2 or 3 games would go by without him fully grasping it and you don't have time to work with WRs for timing.

It's just not realistic. You've never seen this happen. NEVER.

The money for Jay would be the only contract that would probably prevent a trade. It prevented them from cutting him.

Forte $$ isnt easy but workable.
